Check these first
- Spam or junk. Automated emails are sometimes filtered there.
- Other tabs and folders. In Gmail, check Promotions and Updates. Search your mailbox for "Freshmint".
- The right address. Sign-in links, invitations and event emails go to the email address on your account or registration. Make sure it is spelled correctly.
- Give it a few minutes. Some email providers hold messages briefly.
Event emails from Freshmint usually come from noreply@freshmint.vip. Add it to your contacts or safe senders. Replies to event emails go to the event's primary host.
Common cases
My sign-in link did not arrive. Request a new one. Each link works once, so use the newest email only. You can also sign in with Google or a password. See Create your account and sign in.
I did not get my co-host or sponsor invitation. Ask the host to check the address they used. Invitations only work for the email they were sent to.
My attendees say they did not get an email. On the Notifications tab, select the send count on that email to see what happened for each person: delivered, opened, marked as spam, or not sent because they turned off emails. Ask them to check spam.
I get no Freshmint emails at all. Your company may be filtering them. Ask your IT team to allow emails from freshmint.vip and freshmint.ai. Freshmint sends through SendGrid with SPF and DKIM set up.
For IT teams
Allow mail from the domains freshmint.vip and freshmint.ai, and the sender noreply@freshmint.vip. Mail is delivered through SendGrid.
