Pricing questions

What you pay for, and what you do not.

Do co-hosts count toward the 5-user limit?

No. The user count covers internal users in your own organisation, the colleagues who help you execute your events. Co-hosts are separate: partners you invite to an event get their own permissioned access to that event, and they never count against your five.

Do you charge per event or per attendee?

No. Both plans include unlimited events, and we never price by attendee or by RSVP. What changes between Free and Pro is how many users and how many contacts you need.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Free has no credit card requirement and no time limit. You get full feature access, including attendee self check-in, from your first event.

What changes when I move to Pro?

Pro is $39 per month and lifts the two limits on Free: unlimited users instead of five, and unlimited Audience CRM contacts instead of 5,000. It also adds executive support and a say in the product roadmap.

Is anything held back on Free?

No features are gated. The prospectus, co-host portal, branded landing pages, attendee self check-in, and attribution are all included on both plans. Free is limited by size, not by capability.
