Create your account and sign in

You can sign in to Freshmint three ways. They all lead to the same account, as long as you use the same email address.

Sign in

Go to freshmint.ai/auth and choose one:

• Continue with Google. Pick the Google account whose email you use for Freshmint.
• Send me a sign-in link. Enter your email and we send you a one-time link. Open it on the same device to sign in. No password needed.
• Continue with password. Sign in with your email and the password you created. Use Forgot password? to get a reset link.

Create an account

Choose Sign up on the same page and use any of the three methods. If you sign up with an email, you add your first and last name and create a password. After you sign in for the first time, Freshmint asks for a few profile details so hosts recognize you. You can add a photo now or later in Settings > My Profile.

You do not need an account to register for an event. You also do not need one to start building an event: you can build it first and sign in when you publish, and your work is kept.

If you were invited

Sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to. Co-host, sponsor and team invitations are tied to that address, so a different email will not see them.

Troubleshooting

My sign-in link does not work. Each link works once and expires. If the page says the link expired or was already used, enter your email again to get a new one. Open the newest email only.

Google signs me in to the wrong account. Sign out of Freshmint, then choose the right account in Google's account picker. A private browser window helps if you are signed in to several Google accounts.

I signed up with the wrong email. Contact support@freshmint.ai from the email address you meant to use, and include the one you signed up with.
