Freshmint credits every registration to the person whose link was used, and to their organization. No UTMs, no spreadsheets.
Your link
Open the event, select Share, and choose Copy event link. The link you copy carries your own attribution code, so anyone who registers through it is credited to you. Every host, co-host, sponsor and colleague gets their own version this way.
The event link looks like freshmint.ai/ followed by the event's short link, with ?r= and your code on the end. Share it anywhere: email, LinkedIn, Slack or a QR code on a slide.
On the Hosts tab, Copy host-specific landing link copies the link for a particular host, if you want to send them theirs.
Where you see attribution
- Attendees tab: the Attributed To column shows which organization's link each attendee used. Open the name to see which teammate it was.
- Overview tab: a breakdown of which organization each confirmed attendee is attributed to.
- Export: the Referred By column.
Attribution is set once, when someone first registers, and does not change afterwards. It stays with the attendee through confirmation and check-in.
Added By is separate. It shows which organization added an attendee by hand.
Who sees it
Everyone who can see the Attendees tab sees the attribution for every attendee.
Common questions
Someone registered without my link. The registration has no attribution, or is credited to whoever's link they used.
The link I shared had no code. Copy it again from Share while signed in. A link copied from your browser's address bar may not include your code.
Can I change the short link? No. It stays the same for the life of the event.
