Open an event and go to the Analytics tab.
Who can see it
The primary host, members of the primary host's organization, and confirmed co-hosts and sponsors.
Views
Analytics charts how many times your event page and your sponsor link were opened. Group the charts by Day, Week or Month.
Viewers are estimated. People on the same office network may count once, and one person on several devices may count more than once. Use the trend, not the exact number.
Feedback
After the event, Freshmint asks attendees for feedback as part of your AI emails. Analytics then shows:
- Average rating
- Written answers, with a link to read what people wrote
- Continued conversations: attendees who asked to keep talking with one of the organizations on the event
If nobody has been asked yet, Analytics tells you, and reminds you that the post-event emails are what ask.
Other numbers
The event's Overview tab shows registrations, check-ins, and which organization each confirmed attendee is attributed to. The Dashboard shows registrations against capacity for each active event.
