Design your event page

Your event page is the first thing attendees and sponsors see. You design it in the same editor you use to create the event. Open the event and select Edit to return to it.

Theme

Open the theme panel and choose a preset, from Default Dark and Midnight Blue to Warm Sand and Clean Slate. Select Apply Theme to use it.

For your own look, choose Custom Theme and set the accent color, background (solid or gradient), card background, heading font and text colors.

Cover image

Upload a PNG, JPG or GIF up to 4MB. A square image works best. Larger PNG and JPG files are compressed for you. GIFs cannot be compressed, so keep them under 4MB.

You can also let Freshmint design a cover from your event details. While it works, the editor shows its progress, and Publish waits for it unless you choose Publish without cover.

Cover settings control what appears on an AI cover, without designing a new one:

• Confirmed co-host and sponsor logos on the cover.
• Event title on the cover.
• Automatically add new Confirmed Co-host/Sponsor Logos. When a new co-host or sponsor is confirmed, Freshmint updates the cover to add their logo.

The same switches are on the event's Settings tab under Automatic Cover Updates.

Reimagine with AI

The title, description, cover and theme each have a Reimagine with AI button. Say what should change, for example "calmer, less busy" or "half as long", or leave it blank to try again. Each field has a limited number of regenerations, shown in the panel.

Nothing is published until you save, so you can try a few versions and keep the one you like.

Hosted by and Sponsored by

The page shows your organization and your confirmed co-hosts under Hosted by, and confirmed sponsors under Sponsored by. You can turn each logo on or off from the Hosts tab.

Preview

Use Preview to see the page as an attendee or as a sponsor, on desktop or mobile.
