Calendar invites
When an attendee is confirmed, their confirmation email includes a calendar invite. The same happens when a co-host or sponsor is confirmed. The invite works with Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar and any other calendar app.
When the date, time or venue changes
When you publish a change to the date, time or venue, Freshmint first shows you which fields changed and how many confirmed attendees and hosts will be told. When you publish, each of them gets an email with the new details and an updated calendar invite.
Changes to anything else, such as the description or the cover, do not email anyone.
Your AI emails are rewritten to match the new details.
When an event is canceled
Attendees and co-hosts are emailed that the event was canceled. See Cancel or delete an event.
Emails Freshmint sends for you
Besides your AI emails and your own messages, Freshmint sends these automatically:
- To attendees: registration received, confirmed, waitlisted and declined.
- To hosts: a new registration, when the event first fills, and co-host and sponsor invitations, interest and confirmations.
Choose whether you get an email for each new registration in Settings > Notifications. It applies to every event you host.
